The BHFit and BHFit+ weight loss programs utilize prescription medication to safely maximize fat burning potential, greatly increasing the speed of weight loss. By combining medical pharmacology with sound nutritional choices, the body can burn fat faster and more effectively.

Both programs consist of four phases: Education, Preparation, Transformation and Maintenance. The Phases are supported by our Board Certified Physicians and Licensed Dietitian to ensure that patients stay on track to reach and maintain their weight loss goals.

What’s the Secret?

The funny thing is, it’s not a secret. The BHFit and BHFit+ weight loss programs are fashioned after Dr. A.T.W. Simeons protocol, introduced in 1954. The late Dr. Simeons was a British Physician that devoted years to research on patient’s suffering from obesity. His research noted that the use of a very low calorie diet, combined with the use of HCG allowed patients to lose weight rapidly, without hunger pains, weakness, or irritability. As patients lost more fat tissue directly from adipose tissue accumulations, it created highly visible contouring of the body.

Here’s what to expect.*

Like any weight loss program, the BHFit and BHFit+ programs require a level of dedication. Depending on which program you choose, you are committing yourself to either a 23 day (BHFit) or 43 day (BHFit+) program that will require you to adhere to a very low calorie diet.
