Glaucoma Treatment*

Glaucoma is an eye disease in which there is a buildup of pressure within your eyes, causing damage to the optic nerve and, if left untreated, can lead to permanent vision loss. Glaucoma can be treated in multiple ways, including eye drops, medicine, traditional surgery and laser surgery. Diabetic Eye*


Diabetes can cause a variety of eye conditions, including: cataracts, glaucoma and retinopathy, which is a common in diabetic patients. Retinopathy is damage to the blood vessels of the retina. Macular Degeneration*


Macular degeneration results from the deterioration of the central portion of the retina and causes the loss of vision in the center of the visual field. Risk factors include family history, smoking, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, obesity and having light eye color. There are 2 forms of this condition: “dry” and “wet.” Unfortunately, there is no cure for dry macular degeneration at this time. Wet macular degeneration, which is much more common, can be addressed with a variety of treatments that will improve your sight to varying degrees and prevent the condition from worsening. Cataracts *


Cataracts are a progressive eye disease in which the clear lens of your eye becomes cloudy and impairs vision. Refractive Lens Exchange*


Refractive Lens Exchange corrects your vision by removing your natural eye lens and replacing it with a “bionic” lens.
