She also has experience working as a college sports nutrition dietitian to help enhance performance and recovery for athletes. Samantha creates customized nutrition programs to meet each patient’s unique concerns and goals.  She believes that realistic goals, moderation, and support are the key to yielding results and achieving an overall healthier lifestyle.

Samantha graduated from East Carolina University with a degree in Nutrition Science. She completed her dietetic internship program through Sodexo and clinical rotations at The Johns Hopkins Hospital. Samantha continues to expand her knowledge in the clinical field at Hopkins, while pursuing her passion for working one on one with people to achieve their individual nutrition goals at Belcara Health.

She plays competitive volleyball and enjoys the outdoors (hiking, running, etc.). She takes great pride in helping patients to feel and look their best.
