What to expect if you call today:

Consultation – Dr. Cohen will listen to your concerns and expectations, review your options with you in detail and recommend a surgical plan to meet your goals. He will discuss implant sizes, shapes and textures and all other aspects of the surgery, including risks and recovery, and the results you can expect to achieve. You will have the opportunity to look at hundreds of before and after photos of Dr. Cohen’s breast augmentation patients.

Pre-operative Visit– During your “pre-op” visit, you will meet with one of our Patient Advisors to review your pre-op packet, which includes details on what to expect before, during and after surgery. Then, a Registered Nurse will capture your vital signs and medical history.

Surgery – The day of your surgery, you will arrive at our onsite surgical facility, the Clarkview Surgery Center. Breast augmentation surgery usually lasts about 1-2 hours. Recovery is different for everyone, but patients usually remain in the recovery room for about an hour before returning home to recover.

Recovery – Most patients return to work within a week. Dr. Cohen recommends wearing a support bra for at least 3 – 6 weeks for optimal results. Your breast implants will “drop” or settle into their proper position in approximately 6-12 weeks – just in time for summer!
