With a diverse cosmetic practice, Dr. Cohen has performed thousands of major cosmetic procedures, including breast enhancement, body contouring, facial enhancement, and hair transplantation. Dr. Cohen has accumulated an extensive amount of experience over two decades, performing approximately 400 breast surgeries each year. Over the years, he has worked with both saline and silicone implants and offers all current, FDA-approved implant types. He has a focused interest in Breast Revision procedures and augmentation mastopexy. As a standout professional among Maryland’s plastic surgeons, Dr. Cohen continues to be a leader in surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures.

While continually perfecting his surgical techniques with the latest technology and products, Dr. Cohen frequently travels to research innovative surgical methods. In Sweden, Dr. Cohen met with Dr. Charles Randquist, founder and Medical Director of Victoriakliniken, a surgery center for aesthetic and reconstructive plastic surgery. Dr. Randquist and Dr. Cohen collaborated on new solutions for breast enhancement surgery.
Dr. Cohen completed his plastic surgery residency at Stanford University Medical Center and general surgery residency at Boston University. A graduate of the Tulane University School of Medicine, he is fellowship-trained in cosmetic, micro-vascular and burn surgery.
